  Select a clear photograph (3" x 5" or up)

  Additional photos are useful for reference, but not

     necessary.

  If you are using a professional photo, you will need

     to ask the photographer or studio for a "copyright

     release" to include with your order.

  If using several pictures, number them and note what

     to use from each.

  If using black and white photo for a colored portrait,

    you have to note what colors will need to be added

    to the portrait.

  Send photos, complete order form, and 25% deposit.

  Orders will take 2 to 3 weeks to complete.

  Your photos will be returned with your portrait.

   Prices are for one pet with your choice of background

     plain and the color or scenery.  Each additional pet

     is $20.00 extra.
